Application Process

Background/credit check and once approved, you will complete income verification with our compliance department. 

On average, 2 weeks for the entire process. It depends on how fast you can get everything to us. 

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

Our shortest lease terms are 12-15 months minimum.

You will need to apply and pay the $64 application fee.

$99 holding fee will be applied to $300 security deposit upon move-in. Some households will need to pay additional security deposit depending on background/credit results.

No, the building provides renters insurance for each unit. It does not cover personal items, so we do recommend purchasing your own. The average cost is between $10- $20 per month.

Amenities

Yes, there is parking available.

$150 for a compact car, $175 for a SUV and $235 for an electric vehicle.

The building is fob access. Security cameras are located in the package room, lobby, garage, bike room, trash room and outside entrance and north walkway.

Yes, we are pet friendly. 

Monthly pet rent of $35/pet with a max of 2 pets. Service animals are free.

Yes, bike racks are in the garage.

No storage units are available.

No, we are a non-smoking building.

Resident Life

Yes, trash and recycling does need to be sorted by the residents.

We will set up electric with Seattle City Light. Water (metered), Sewer, and Trash will be billed through Billing Associates and added to your monthly statement in the resident portal.

Residents are responsible for their guests.

Yes, we have maintnance on-site Mon-Fri.

You can submit your maintenance request via Henri, our resident portal.

You will need to call the after-hours number.

You can pay by check or ACH on the portal.
